Based in San Diego, California, the Padres compete in the National League West and are also well known among Korean baseball fans as the former team of Korean player Ha-Seong Kim.
During the partnership, NEXEN TIRE increased its brand visibility in North America through branding placements behind home plate, on outfield banners, and on the pitcher’s mound at Petco Park, the Padres’ home stadium. The company also strengthened connections with local audiences through various marketing activities, including hospitality events for dealers and members of the local Korean community.
