On Jun 28, NEXEN TIRE ranked first in tire industry for the fourth consecutive year in a survey,'2013 GCSI' held by Global Management Association(GMA) and supervised by JMAC.

GCSI is a customer satisfaction evaluation system developed by JMAC, a multinational consulting group, and conducted every year by measuring and evaluating global customer satisfaction index per each country. NEXEN TIRE was the first in the field to introduce a masterwork warranty system, continuously carrying on a customer satisfaction campaign and providing one-on-one visiting service for customers who are dissatisfied with purchased product.

The survey was conducted for 3 weeks in April, covering 188 products across 9 domestic industries in total, with the sample size of 100,000 people. The evaluation criteria included customer satisfaction factors for quality, customer value, global competency, loyalty and etc.

: A NEXEN TIRE premium brand, N'FERA was selected as 'Aspiring New Product' along with Samsung Galaxy S4, SK Telecom Nut in the '2013 THE PROUD' event held by KMAC.

'THE PROUD – Aspiring New Product' selects remarkable new products within a year of release, and announces them through a consumer panel survey as well as the expert group evaluation made up of university professors and others.

The NEXEN TIRE, N'FERA, a new brand in UHP series was released early this year; N'FERA RU5 for premium SUV and N'FERA AU5 for medium to large sized sedans.

In general, the ride comfort is the first priority of premium tires, having relatively high wear rate. On the other hand, N'FERA with its optimized load distribution on tread area and pattern design boasts the longest mileage in the same segment.
