J.D. Power is a global marketing information services company, which is especially well known for its customer satisfaction survey on new-car quality. The 2017 U.S. Original Equipment Tire Customer Satisfaction Study, fielded between October and December 2016, is based on owner experiences with their tires after two years of vehicle ownership. In the study, satisfaction is examined in four measures: Tire Wear; Tire Ride; Tire Appearance; and Tire Traction/Handling. Among these, NEXEN TIRE ranked second in the passenger car segment in ‘Tire Wear,’ which is considered to have the biggest impact on satisfaction among the four factors (683 on a 1,000-point scale). NEXEN TIRE also climbed in rankings in ‘Tire Traction/Handling’ and ‘Tire Appearance.’ For more information of the study, please visit http://www.jdpower.com/press-releases/jd-power-2017-us-original-equipment-tire-customer-satisfaction-study
