Rejection to unauthorized email collection

It shall be prohibited to collect email addresses as provided in this Website, without any authorization, by means of a program to collect email addresses or other technical devices. In case of violation to the aforementioned, the violating party shall be subject to a criminal punishment as set forth under the Act on Information and Communications Network.

1. Any party shall not collect email addresses by using a program and other technical devices that automatically collect email addresses available on the Website on which the refusal on email address collection is specifically stated.
2. Any party shall not sell or distribute email addresses that are collected from the Website in breach of Paragraph 1 above.
3. Any party shall not transmit any email addresses knowingly that such email addresses are prohibited from being collected, sold, and distributed as set forth in Paragraphs 1 and 2 above.
