The NEXEN Roadian GTX is covered by a Limited Treadwear Warranty of up to 80,000 kilometres under normal driving conditions. If the tyre tread wears down to the legal treadwear indicator (1.6mm) before reaching the warranted mileage, the tyre will be replaced on a pro-rata basis according to the remaining tread life. This warranty is valid for a maximum of five (5) years from the original date of purchase or until the warranted mileage is reached, whichever occurs first.

This warranty applies only if all of the following conditions are met:

• Tyres shall be purchased as Replacement (RE) tyres through an authorised Nexen dealer
• Tyres supplied must meet or exceed the tyre specifications listed on the vehicles tyre placard
• Tyres shall be used on the original vehicle of installation
• Tyres shall be used for passenger or SUV applications only
• A valid purchase invoice shall be provided and
• The warranty claim is submitted within five (5) years of original purchase date or until the warranted mileage is reached

Original Equipment (OE) tyres are excluded from this warranty

To maintain warranty validity, end user shall comply with all of the following requirements:

• Tyres shall be rotated every 8,000 - 10,000 km
• Tyres shall be properly inflated according to vehicle manufacturer specifications
• Wheel alignment shall be maintained as required
• Odometer reading at time of installation shall be recorded
• Service and maintenance records shall be retained

Failure to comply with these requirements may void the warranty

To make a claim, the end user shall provide:

• Original purchase invoice clearly showing purchase details and date
• Proof of vehicle mileage
• Service and rotation records
• The tyre(s) being claimed

All claims are subject to assessment and approval by an authorised Nexen dealer and Nexen Tyre Australia. Nexen Tyre Australia reserves the right to conduct final inspection and verification prior to approval. The pro-rata adjustment will be calculated based on the following formula

• The credit amount will be applied toward the purchase of replacement Nexen tyres.

This warranty does not cover:

• Road hazard damage, including punctures, cuts, snags, impacts or bruising
• Irregular wear due to misalignment, improper inflation, or suspension issues
• Misuse, negligence, racing, competition, motorsport activity
• Commercial use, including taxi, ride-share, courier, or fleet operations
• Improper fitting, repair, or modification
• Damage caused by accident, collision, or fire
• Mechanical defects of the vehicle or
• Any condition preventing accurate assessment of treadwear

Tyres worn to 1.6mm as a result of the above conditions are not eligible for warranty coverage

• This warranty is non-transferable
• A pro-rata adjustment will be applied toward the replacement Nexen tyre only
• Warranty coverage applies only to tyres exhibiting even treadwear under normal operating conditions and worn to the legal treadwear indicator depth of 1.6mm
• The customer is responsible for:
  • Fitting
  • Balancing
  • Valves
  • Disposal fees
  • Applicable taxes
• Tyres replaced under warranty shall be returned to an authorised Nexen dealer and become the property of Nexen Tire Australia Pty Ltd
• Nexen Tire Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the stated eligibility criteria
• Except as expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions, there are no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

This warranty is provided in addition to rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
