The NEXEN Roadian ATX is covered by a Road Hazard Warranty, providing protection against non-repairable damage caused by road hazards under normal driving conditions. Eligible tyres will be replaced at no cost (tyre only) if all warranty conditions are met.

Road hazard damage includes non-repairable tyre damage caused by:

• Punctures
• Cuts
• Snags
• Impact damage from road debris (e.g. nails, glass, potholes)

This warranty applies only if all of the following conditions are met:

• Tyres shall be Replacement tyres (RE) purchased through an authorised Nexen dealer
• Tyres supplied must meet or exceed the tyre specifications listed on the vehicles tyre placard
• Tyres shall be a full set of four (4) purchased in a single transaction
• Tyres shall be installed on the original vehicle of fitment
• A valid purchase invoice shall be provided

Original Equipment (OE) tyres are excluded from this warranty

To qualify for a free replacement, all of the following conditions shall be met:

• Claim shall be made within 1 year from purchasing the tyres
• Tyres shall have a minimum of 75% of original tread depth remaining
• Damage shall be non-repairable
• Tyres shall not show signs of misuse or irregular wear

The End User is responsible for fitting, balancing, valves, disposal fees, and applicable taxes.
To make a valid claim, the following shall be provided:

• Original purchase invoice
• Proof of purchase date
• The damaged tyre(s)

All claims shall be submitted through an authorised Nexen dealer. The dealer is responsible for initial inspection and validation of claim eligibility. Nexen reserves the right to:

• Inspect claimed tyres for further assessment
• Request additional information (e.g. vehicle details or proof of installation)
• Verify claim authenticity with the customer or dealer

All claims are subject to assessment and approval by an authorised Nexen dealer and Nexen Tyre Australia. Nexen Tyre Australia reserves the right to conduct final inspection and verification prior to approval.

Approved warranty claims will be replaced with the same tyre model (NEXEN Roadian ATX). If the same model is unavailable, a suitable equivalent NEXEN tyre will be provided at Nexen’s discretion. This warranty is limited to tyre replacement only and has no cash value. No refunds or monetary compensation will be provided.

This warranty does not cover:

• Repairable tyre damage
• Claims outside the 1 year period
• Tyres with less than 75% tread remaining
• Irregular wear due to misalignment, improper inflation, or suspension issues
• Misuse, negligence, racing, or excessive off-road use
• Commercial or fleet usage
• Improper fitting, repair, or modification
• Damage caused by accident, collision, or fire

• This warranty is non-transferable
• Limited to one (1) claim per tyre
• Tyres replaced under warranty shall be returned to an authorised Nexen dealer and become the property of Nexen Tyre
• All associated costs including costs for fitting, balancing, valves, alignment, and disposal remain the responsibility of the end user
• Nexen reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the stated eligibility criteria
• Except as expressly set forth in this Terms & Conditions, there are no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

This warranty is provided in addition to rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
