1. Grounds and Purpose of Installation of Fixed Video Information Processing Devices

In accordance with Article 25 (1) of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company installs and operates fixed video information processing devices for the following purposes:

  1. Facility safety and management, and fire prevention
  2. Civil complaints, vehicle management and control
  3. Crime prevention to keep employees and visitors safe
  4. Prevent vehicle theft and damage in parking lots

※ For parking lots with more than 30 spaces, installation is based on Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Rule of the Parking Lot Act

Processing Method : The use of personal video information for purposes other than its intended use, provision to third parties, destruction, and viewing are all separately recorded and managed. Upon the expiration of the retention period, the information is permanently deleted in a manner that prevents recovery (e.g., shredding or incineration in the case of printed materials).

6. Methods and Locations for Viewing Personal Video Information

  1. Methods: If you wish to check your personal video information, you can do so by contacting the person in charge of management at each business location in advance and visiting the business location.
  2. Location: Department of the person in charge of management or separate consultation

7. Measures in Response to a Data Subject's Request to Access Personal Video Information, etc.

  1. If you wish to view, confirm, or delete personal video information, you must apply with the "Personal Video Information (Existence Verification, View) Request Form" and make a request to the person in charge of personal video information management. Access is permitted only when the information subject himself or herself is filmed or when it is clearly necessary for the benefit of the information subject's life, body, or property.
  2. If a request is made to view, confirm the existence of, or delete personal video information, the company will take necessary measures without delay.
  3. When a data subject requests to view a video, the company processes it according to the following procedures.
    1. a. Receipt of Request
    2. b. Review availability
    3. c. Notice of Result (Access, Partial Restriction, Postponement, or Denial)
      • If the CCTV footage contains someone else's information, mosaic (de-identification) work may be required, and the work will be carried out upon consent after being informed of the fee and time period.
      • Results will be notified within 10 days from the date of receipt.
    4. d. Identity Verification and Access
      • An ID card is required to verify your identity, and in the case of a third party (agent), a power of attorney, etc. is required.

8. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Video Information

Video information processed by the company is safely managed through encryption measures, etc. In addition, as a management measure to protect personal video information, the company grants differential access rights to personal information. In order to prevent forgery and falsification of personal video information, the company records and manages the creation date and time of personal video information, the purpose of viewing, the viewer, and the date and time of viewing. In addition, we install a locking device to ensure safe physical storage of personal video information.

9. Matters Concerning Changes to the Operation and Management Policy for Video Information Processing Devices

This fixed video information processing device operation and management policy was enacted on October 8, 2024, and if there are additions, deletions or modifications to the contents due to changes in laws, policies or security technology, the reason and contents of the change will be announced through the company's website at least 7 days prior to implementation.
