Company to equip the Kia EV4 with its premium N'Fera Supreme S tyres

Expands OE supply across key models in Kia's EV lineup, demonstrating EV tyre capabilities

NEXEN TYRE a leading global tyre manufacturer, announced that its premium all-season tyre N’FERA Supreme S has been selected as original equipment (OE) for The Kia EV4, Kia’s first electric sedan.

The N’FERA Supreme S was equipped on the EV4 to meet the unique performance demands of electric vehicles, including high torque, low noise, and precise handling. It was designed to provide a balanced driving experience across various conditions, delivering both ride comfort and braking stability for high-speed and everyday driving.

To ensure long-lasting performance, the tire included innovative features including a 4D compound and optimised load distribution technology, which enhance grip and stability during high-speed or long-distance travel. Its pattern retention design helps maintain tread performance even after 50% wear, while the aerodynamic sidewall minimises air resistance to promote energy efficiency.

The selection of NEXEN TYRE for this strategic EV model underscores the company’s recognised technological capabilities and product quality. NEXEN TYRE now supplies OE tires for key models in Kia’s EV series— including EV3, EV4, EV6, and EV9—demonstrating its competitiveness in the EV tyre market.
