NEXEN Tyre Selected as OE Supplier for Kia’s Global Pickup, the Tasman

NEXEN Tyre is proud to announce that its premium ROADIAN HTX2 has been selected as the original equipment (OE) tyre for Kia’s all-new global pickup, the Tasman, which is first launching in Latin American markets.

The ROADIAN HTX2 is engineered to deliver the perfect balance between on-road comfort and off-road durability — an ideal match for the Tasman’s rugged yet refined capabilities. Key features of the HTX2 include:

• Advanced 3D Kerf pattern for enhanced traction and snow performance
• Heat-dispersing structure that increases durability under heavy loads
• Optimised compound to improve driving stability and resist wear
• Global field testing across North America and Korea to ensure performance across diverse terrain and climates

This milestone further strengthens NEXEN Tyre’s presence in the OE market, following its recent partnerships across Kia’s EV line-up, including the EV3, EV4, EV6, and EV9.

A Glimpse Into the Future: Tasman Coming to Australia
