NEXEN TIRE was selected as a top-performing supplier in Quality-APAC Export at the 2016 FCA APAC QUALITAS (Annual Strategy Meeting & Supplier Awards Ceremony) held by FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) in Shanghai, China.
At the ‘2016 FCA APAC QUALITAS’, an annual event where FCA awards global suppliers based on its assessment of quality, warranty and technology. NEXEN TIRE was the only company in the tire industry to be selected in the Quality-APAC Export category this year, proving its brand value and global competitiveness.
NEXEN TIRE has increased the supply of OE tires in the North American market, starting with ‘Chrysler 200’ in 2013, and is currently supplying tires to FCA’s leading mid-size and heavy duty pickup truck ‘Ram 3500’ and ‘All New Chrysler 200’, commercial van ‘Ram ProMaster’, as well as ‘Pacifica’, the follow-up model of Town & Country that represents the origin of minivans.
NEXEN TIRE’s ‘N’Priz RH7’ (18 inches) to be installed on ‘Pacifica’ has been designed with a focus on multi-purpose vehicles such as SUVs and minivans, and it ensures comfortable riding quality with excellent handling and braking force as well as a long tread life span.
