NEXEN TIRE announced that it has supplied OE tires to Fiat under FCA (Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles).

More specifically, the tire maker has supplied tires for FIAT's 500X model, which was scheduled to be produced from February 2015. As the first crossover utility vehicle (CUV) to be produced by Fiat, the 500X is characterized by its larger exterior as well as all the advantages of the conventional 500 series in terms of design and practicality. The model was first showcased at the Paris Motor Show last October.

NEXEN TIRE has supplied the 17" CP671 tire for vehicles for the North American market, which is assembled at the Melfi Plant in Italy. NEXEN TIRE's CP671 tire has already been recognized for its superior performance and quality as it was fitted to Chrysler's '200' and 'All New 200' models. The CP671 is equipped with mileage performance suitable for long distance driving and advanced noise reduction technology that delivers great performance in the many areas required by the new vehicle model.
